50 most listened to artists of 2006

According to my LastFM profile:

The Cinematic Orchestra, although heavily listened to, is exaggerated as I made up a playlist of some of their songs which I listened to when I had trouble sleeping. Dawn in particular always helps me relax.

Hans Zimmer & James Newton Howard are in for the amazing Batman Begins soundtrack. Tenacious D are in there purely on the strength of their old stuff.

Ironically, the most listened to song by Midwest Product turns out to be the one called Pigeons.

David Barrett:

Don't worry Des... considering that amount of N.W.A I've been listening to recently, that should change for next year.
